Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.
Lock It Furniture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a mistake occurs on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
🚚 Processing & Shipping Times
Each order is carefully prepared and packed before being dispatched.
Processing typically takes 1–5 business days.
This includes inventory preparation, and handover to our manufacturing line. We’ve recently optimized our fulfillment systems to ensure fast and reliable order handling.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs or local carrier delays.
- Our products are custom-hand-made and take time to craft before shipping. There are periods of time whenre we have inventory prepared and ready to ship, so that also could affect your waiting time, this is an important consideration for future orders as well.
- Note: we can't ship any order without a phone number, our shipping partners require to have a phone number on the adress otherwise the order won't be shipped until we have a phone number aviable.
🌍 Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they arrive in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your package may incur such fees.
🔎 Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, feel free to contact us — our team will gladly assist you.
📦 Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery and better logistics, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
You will receive a tracking number for each package when applicable.
